We are SpR and IMT trainees that are all enthusiastic about education and interview preparation. We use our experiences and previous interview questions to shape our materials and the all-important mock interview course. Contact forms

We have a contact form on the site. If you choose to message us, the contact form is emailed to our ticketing system. Furthermore, the message you send is stored in this ticketing system for 24 months at which point it is purged from our servers. No further correspondence is stored beyond your original message.

Membership Details

We use a membership plugin on our site for when a member signs up to our site, this stores your information in the secure database on our site. The data is accessible to our team at Optimise Interviews.

www.optimiseinterviews currently has a Twitter profile, which Optimise Interviews have access to. Any data Twitter collects is stored on a remote secure server, it is a public profile so anyone can view the posts, however only we can see the data Twitter has collected. Twitter is a social media network website.

We use MailChimp for our marketing, you can unsubscribe if you have subscribed by logging into their site. There is also an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every mailing we have sent out from their site. using Mailchimp, [WHO] have access to. Mailchimp stores all its data in a secure cloud server, it’s a private account with no other individuals being able to access the data. Mailchimp is an email customer relationship management (CRM) system.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
